Work

Building a premium digital wedding invitation platform from scratch
Most couples planning a wedding piece together the same awkward stack: printed invitations, a Google Form for RSVPs, and a WhatsApp group that quickly becomes unmanageable. The better digital alternatives are either too generic, too limited, or simply not designed with care. Essential Invite is a premium UK wedding invitation and RSVP platform — giving couples a personalised space for their wedding, designer templates that actually feel special, and a complete guest management system built around how weddings actually work.

Enhancing Farnell's Support Experience
Calls to the help centre team had increased over time despite the Help Centre being a huge section of the website.

Enhancing Railway Operations: Introducing RTS Mobile
Initial Challenges: Gaining direct access to the end-users—machine operators who were employees of one of RTS’ clients—posed significant challenges. The client’s limited understanding of UX processes and initial reluctance to grant direct access to the operators threatened to stall the project before it even began.

Crafting a design system with Figma, React & Storybook
Despite its strong partnerships and sustainability efforts, Alchemy faced a major problem: each of its apps was developed independently, leading to a disjointed user experience that hurt both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Recognising the need for a unified design system to streamline these experiences, the challenge was to develop it without sidelining other critical projects. Careful planning and strategic resource management were essential to ensure the design system could be integrated smoothly alongside ongoing initiatives.
